On September 4th, 2025, we were delighted to welcome a client from Ecuador who first connected with us through Alibaba. Since 2022, he has shown continuous interest in our machinery, sending multiple inquiries but had not yet made a purchase.

This visit marked an important step forward. The client, accompanied by a friend, expressed strong interest in excavators and forklifts and decided to come to China to inspect the machines in person. To ensure a smooth experience, we prepared detailed product information, arranged a clear itinerary, and coordinated with XCMG and HELI factories to have the desired models ready for viewing.

Upon arrival in Qingdao, we accompanied them to the factories, guided them through machine inspections, and discussed the specifications and configurations that best suited their needs. After the factory visits, we helped arrange their return to the hotel and confirmed the models they were most satisfied with.

The visit ended on a positive note, strengthening mutual trust and paving the way for further cooperation. We continue to follow up actively, sharing detailed photos and quotations to move the order closer to completion.
