The Ya-Xia Hydropower Project has recently drawn significant attention, with transportation infrastructure playing a critical role in its progress. As part of the preparatory works, Shantui Jianyou supplied its E5R-90 concrete batching plant and W3B-800 stabilized soil mixing plant to support the construction of the Paime Highway. This ensured smooth access for tunnel boring machines, heavy engineering vehicles, and construction materials needed for subsequent hydropower works.

The W3B-800 stabilized soil mixing plant is a key asset for enhancing the Paime Highway’s subgrade strength and stability. It produces stabilized soil mixtures with fast installation, easy maintenance, high precision, and intelligent operation. Capable of continuous production of accurately proportioned, evenly mixed base materials, it served as a frontline machine in roadbed preparation.

The E5R concrete batching plant is widely used in major infrastructure projects such as railways, highways, airports, bridges, and tunnels. Featuring a modular design with quick assembly and flexible site layout, it supports rapid relocation between projects. Equipped with a high-performance mixer and multiple feeding process options, it delivers high productivity and excellent mixing quality. Its coarse and fine aggregate weighing system ensures high measurement accuracy, meeting diverse concrete production demands for highway construction.

As a key project to break the transportation bottleneck in southeastern Tibet, the Paime Highway will provide vital access for the full-scale construction of the hydropower project.
